Such Fee shall include but not be limited to course fee of the University/Institution’s online degree/certificate program which the user/student directly pays to the university/Institution. Further the User agrees and understands that:

It shall be the responsibility of the User to make all necessary payments to respective university/Institution directly and timely.

Vidyaminds doesn’t charge or claim any course fee except for nominal fee towards Career Counselling service

The online payment facility provided by the “Vidyaminds Education Mission LLP” (Vidyaminds.in) is neither banking nor a financial service but is merely a facilitator for ease of payment (“Payment Gateway Service Provider”). The Payment Gateway Service Provider facilitates online payments, collection, and remittance of money for the transactions on the “Vidyaminds Education Mission LLP” is using existing authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks. Further, by providing such payment facility through the Payment Gateway Service Provider, the ” Vidyaminds Education Mission LLP ” is parents organization of Vidyaminds.in is neither acting as a trustee nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the payments made by the User against the purchase of Services on the Website.

The User further understands and agrees that all payments made by the User through the Payment Gateway Service Provider shall take a minimum of one-two (1-2) working days to be effectively processed. The User shall make the payment of the applicable Fee through the Payment Gateway Service Provider at his/her own risk. ” Vidyaminds Education Mission LLP shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in processing the Fee paid by the User through the Payment Gateway Service Provider.

” Vidyaminds Education Mission LLP ” shall not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by the User due to any failure, delay or interruption on part of the Payment Gateway Service Provider, including but not limited to, partial or total failure of any network terminal, data processing system, computer tele-transmission or telecommunications system or other circumstances which is solely in the control of the Payment Gateway Service Provider.

In the event of rejection of Services by ” Vidyaminds Education Mission LLP” due to delayed payments by the User, the User shall provide a written request to us along with a payment receipt validating the payment being made for the information and Communication Technology (ICT) enabled Course(s). Upon verification of such payment receipt, the “Vidyaminds Education Mission LLP”is parents organization of Vidyaminds.in shall consider such request for refund of payments of career counselling fee, in accordance with the Vidyaminds Education Mission LLP ‘s internal refund policies within 10 days of request made by the student.

These terms and conditions formulate an essential part of any contract established between the Institution/University and student. Vidyaminds is to be construed just a platform for connecting student with the right Institution and doesn’t claim any fee Course fee from and learner. Student makes the direct payment of fee to the Institution/University.

To assure that the information in the Website/Course Brochure is accurate; every effort has been made. The Institution/ University will take every step to provide the educational services as mentioned in the Prospectus/brochure/website. However, the curriculum content of individual program is under constant academic review and may change from time to time, with the modification in content, discontinuation, or replacement, however, human uncontrolled factors are exceptions to this.

The institution/University listed on the Vidyaminds platform reserves every right to discontinue any program, curriculum, facility or to bring variations in the content or method of the delivery of program. If the institution discontinues any program,it will take reasonable measures to minimize any disruption ,caused as the result of changes.
