- Non-Refundable After Successful Consultation
Once a consultation session with our senior mentor has been successfully conducted, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. - Refund Eligibility for Failed Connection
If the user is unable to connect with our senior mentor due to a technical issue or scheduling error on our end, and the session does not take place, we will issue a full refund upon verification of the issue. - Incorrect or Incomplete Contact Information
No refund shall be provided if the user has submitted an incorrect, invalid, or incomplete email address or contact details, resulting in a failure to receive the consultation or communication. - Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, upon approval after investigation. - How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible), please write to us at support@vidyaminds.in with your registered details and a description of the issue. Our team will review and respond within 3 working days.
